Guy Practicing Bar Swings Loses Grip and Falls

This guy failed poorly at attempting bar swings at a gymnastic facility. He swung himself on a bar a couple of times to pick up momentum and jumped to grab the bar in front. However, he couldn't keep a grip after he jumped and crashed onto the mat.
