Green Egg Trick is an example of fun kitchen chemistry to turn egg white green with a red cabbage juice.In Green Egg Trick we arev demonstrating that red cabbage juice acts as a pH indicator. When neutral the cabbage juice is a purple colour, turning red for an acid or green and blue for a base or alkali.
