At the 2013 LMR Championships Abbey swam her first competitive 100m butterfly race. She came out strong, but as you'll see, got tired by the end of 75m. I was worried at the slow 3rd turn but then, so true to the champion she is, she dug deep, gave it her all, and with the leader of the heat in her crosshairs ...
